Set in a dusky urban woodland, the film is a portrait of a wordless conversation had between an anonymous forest dweller and a rotting tree stump. Within the rustling leaves, framed by the distant echo of the nearing suburbia, the material surfaces of the forest become alive with a mysterious writing.
