Ten Times Over is a short film that follows the life cycle of a relationship. It is broken up into ten finite scenes; each scene representing one of ten typical benchmarks in a relationship. The cycle goes like this: fall in love, make promises, get annoyed, fake make-up, make new promises, blow up, cries and apologies, pile-ups, break up, move on. We don’t claim that all relationships happen like this, but this piece serves as a way to look at relationships on a macro scale rather than micro. This is a comedy that asks: When one constantly finds themselves in the same relationship cycles, is it best to change course or to acknowledge your instincts and grow in the cycle?
