Director Hitomi Kamanaka interviews four medical experts with vast experience in radiation health effects: Dr. Shuntaro Hida (Hiroshima survivor advocate), Dr. Minoru Kamata (Chernobyl and Iraq medical relief), Dr. Tatsuhiko Kodama (Fukushima field worker), and Dr. Valentina Smolnikova (Chernobyl clinical physician).
