Richard McCaslin was a comic artist, a filmmaker, but also a deeply broken person obsessed with conspiracy theories that inspired him to take dangerous action in spite of the consequences, when he donned the costume of his "super hero persona" The Phantom Patriot, infiltrated the secretive Bohemian Grove, and set it on fire.
