Director
Cecilia Ucles Bu is a Honduran Director and Sound mixer, student of sound at the Cuban G31 School of Film and TV. As a writer and director, she's completed the short films “Cuando el reloj se detiene” and “Lumalali Garawon” financed by the Film Institute of Honduras. Cecilia is a member of a collective of Honduran filmmakers and formed part of the first residency for female filmmakers in the Caribbean and Central America, "LaBurbujaLab". Now, she is in development for "ESMERALDA", winner of feature film development funds from IHCINE in 2024.
