Director
Joseph Lora studied chemical engineering at the National University of the Altiplano and Fine Arts at the Higher School of Public Artistic Training of Juliaca (ESFAP-Juliaca). He has directed the feature films "The Haunted House" (2007) and "Casarasiri" (2010), and numerous short films, including "Pisaca pankaritampi tayca tiwulampi", which won the Audience Award for Best National Animated Short Film at Festianima 2008 (Lima), and "A Tragedy of Alcohol", which received a special mention at Fenaco 2008 (Cusco). He is the founder of the Juliaca Filmmakers Network. He organized the 1st Juliaca Film Festival (2008), the 2nd Juliaca Film Festival (2014), and the 3rd Juliaca Film Festival (2015).
